We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you change your mind you can return any item within 7 days of receipt as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. This does not apply to engraved, wearables or personalised items.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or refund the item. Refunds can only be made to the card that was used when the purchase was made. Postage expenses will be incurred by you.

Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you with the return of the item and provide a replacement product for you if possible.
Warranty
All our items have a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, tarnishing, oxidization, accidental damage or misuse. Please click here to read our suggestions for Aftercare; including information on the storage, cleaning and maintenance of all our products.
