We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you change your mind you can return any item within 7 days of receipt<\/strong> as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.  This does not apply to engraved, wearables or personalised items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or refund the item. Refunds can only be made to the card that was used when the purchase was made. Postage expenses will be incurred by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The above does not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days<\/strong>. We will then assist you with the return of the item and provide a replacement product for you if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All our items have a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes<\/strong> fair wear and tear, tarnishing, oxidization, accidental damage or misuse.
